Abortion Information

Many women facing unplanned pregnancies don’t fully understand abortion or the types of abortion methods used in different stages of pregnancy. Pregnancy Resource Center provides free abortion information and consultations about pregnancy and abortion. Get answers to your questions about medical abortion (also known as RU486 or the abortion pill) and surgical abortion. Talk to us about your situation, then make the choice that’s right for you.

Confidential Appointments

The services offered by Pregnancy Resource Center are strictly confidential. No matter what service is provided, your results and information are kept private. Even if you’re a minor under 18 years old, you have the right to schedule an appointment without parental consent. We will not tell anyone about your visit unless you give us permission to do so, even your parents or partner.

Free Pregnancy Testing

Experiencing signs of pregnancy, like a missed period, doesn’t always mean you’re pregnant. Before you panic, it’s important to get an accurate pregnancy test and talk to someone about your situation and your symptoms. Visit Pregnancy Resource Center for a free pregnancy test.
